CEGA reviews international geothermal laws to suggest changes to Chilean law

The report “Comparative Legislation Analysis on Geothermal Energy” was prepared by the lawyer specializing in environmental legislation, Miguel Saldivia, CEGA collaborator. The objective was to contextualize the current Chilean legislation on geothermal energy, in relationship with the regulations of countries whose geothermal development may be of interest to ours.
